Michele Brock is an accomplished healthcare leader with more than 30 years of industry experience. She has been part of the Physician Liaison Program at UK HealthCare in Lexington, Kentucky, for over a decade and currently serves as the service line leader for Golisano Children’s at UK. Michele is passionate about building strong relationships with referring providers and leveraging data to identify key partnerships and growth opportunities.

An active leader in the physician liaison profession, Michele currently serves as President-Elect of the American Association of Physician Liaisons (AAPL) and co-chair of its Program Planning Committee. Her prior AAPL leadership roles include Executive Board Secretary, Board Member-at-Large, co-chair of the Membership Committee, mentor to new liaisons, and speaker at the 2023 and 2024 national conferences. Michele earned a Master of Science degree from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa.

Mike Becallo serves as a Physician Liaison at Oswego Health, where he drives strategic outreach and market development across Central New York. Before joining healthcare, he built a diverse professional background in college athletics, medical software sales, and property management. An elected official, firefighter, and board member for a local EMS agency, Mike combines data-driven strategy with community service to strengthen relationships, build trust, and expand access to quality care throughout the region.

Sean Bradley, Provider Outreach Consultant

Sean Bradley has been with Emory Healthcare since 2017 and has served as a Physician Outreach Consultant since 2022. He covers the Heart & Vascular service line, building relationships with providers referring into general and interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery and other subspecialties on the service line. His territory includes the entire state of Georgia as well as many areas in bordering states.

Sean graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Eletroninc Media from the University of North Florida and has a Master's in Health Commincations from Boston University.

Sara-Elizabeth Bush, Physician Liaison

Sara-Elizabeth Bush hails from Western Kentucky and currently serves as the Western Kentucky Territory Physician Liaison for UK HealthCare, where she combines her passion for expanding healthcare access with meaningful community outreach. A Madisonville, KY native, Sara-Elizabeth is a 2013 graduate of the University of Kentucky, earning her degree in Integrated Strategic Communications with a minor in Political Science. She returned to Lexington after a brief stint in Washington, D.C. Since, she held multiple roles across the University of Kentucky, including positions with UK HealthCare Philanthropy, the UK Alumni Association, and UK Athletics. In 2022, she was honored as the Children’s Miracle Network National Program Director of the Year.

Sara-Elizabeth is an active member of Eddyville Methodist Church. In her free time, she enjoys spending days on the lake with friends, cooking, and gardening. She is also the proud dog mom of Sawyer, her eight-year-old Aussiedoodle and greatest joy.



Lindsay Carrillo, Director Business Development

Lindsay Carrillo has been with UCI Health since 2013. As Director of Business Development, she leads a team dedicated to growth and sustainability across the enterprise. The team has 20 members, dedicated to developing networks among community hospitals, physicians and patients. Prior to joining UCI Health, Lindsay worked at PIH Health and Banner Health. She earned her Bachelors of Arts in Journalism and her Masters of Business Administration at Arizona State University.

Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu, HI. He currently lives in Birmingham, AL with his fiancĂ© and son, Maui – his golden retriever.

Rachel Driskell, Director Marketing

With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare marketing, including leadership roles at a major non-profit health system in Ohio, Rachel brings deep expertise in strategic growth, provider engagement, and data-driven outreach. She is passionate about leveraging CRM tools and referral analytics to drive meaningful connections and sustainable growth



Dr. Christopher Fairbank, DBA

Communications Expert, Educator & Assistant Professor

Dr. Christopher Fairbank, a former professional ballet dancer turned police officer turned motivational speaker, inspires audiences nationwide with his powerful journey of resilience and transformation. Known as The Dare to Be Different Speaker, he blends humor and heart to challenge students, businesses, and organizations to reach higher and create positive change in their communities.

Dr. Fairbank graduated Magna Cum Laude from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Executive Management, earned his MBA in Executive Communication and Management from Baylor University, and graduated with distinction with his Doctor of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word. He has led as the Executive Director/CEO of a charter school network in North Carolina, and now serves as a tenure-track Assistant Professor at Palo Alto College.

A member of the Forbes Coaches Council with seven published Forbes articles. Dr. Fairbank will release his first debut book on Ethical Leadership, Titled "The Relentless Rise: Beyond Limits" set for publication in later this month. His background spans leadership, communications, public service, and the arts: he is a retired premier danseur with 18 years of professional performance and teaching, honored to have danced for three consecutive U.S. presidents and the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.

Beyond the stage and classroom, Dr. Fairbank is an Honorary Commander of the United States Air Force and one of only 20 Civic Leaders appointed nationwide by the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Commander of the Air Force Reserve Command. He continues to mentor students, youth, and executives, empowering them to embrace their differences and succeed regardless of circumstance.

Alice Hou has been a Market Outreach Executive Liaison with Stanford Medicine for four years, supporting the Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine Center, and Neurology service lines, as well as all departments across San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. Alice has been married for over 13 years and is the proud mom of a 10-year-old son and a 5-year-old Cavapoo.

Bonnie Little-Hildebrandt, Director Business Development

Wake Radiology - UNC Health Rex

Bonnie has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, recently serving as Senior Vice President for Global Provider Contracting and Marketing at Aphora Health. In this role, she built and nurtured global provider relationships, evaluating and contracting with top health systems worldwide. Before Aphora, Bonnie was the System Executive Director for Network Development & Physician Relations at UNC Health, where she played a key role in expanding the system, developing the UNC Physicians Network, REX Specialty Physician groups, and the UNC Health Alliance. She also led the creation of a statewide patient logistics center, which saw significant growth during her tenure.

Bonnie holds a bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University and a master’s in health administration from Pfeiffer University. She is a graduate of the UNC Health Care System Advanced Leadership Academy and has served multiple terms on the Board of the American Association of Physician Liaisons (AAPL), which is backed by the American Medical Association. Bonnie continues to serve as consultant and advisor for both AAPL and Aphora Health. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time traveling with her family.

Justeen McKittrick, RN, BSN, MHS, NE-BC, is the Vice President of Operations & Customer Services at Doctivity Health, leading operations and customer success functions. Justeen joined Doctivity Health in July 2023 from Novant Health, where she served as a Clinic Administrator for its South Carolina Primary Care sites. Before that, she held clinical and operations leadership roles for over 10 years at Atrium Health. Justeen holds a Master's in Healthcare Management from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Nursing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Debra Patt, M.D., PH.D., MBA

Texas Oncology-Austin Central

Dr. Debra Patt is a practicing oncologist and breast cancer specialist in Austin, Texas, and an executive vice president of Texas Oncology with responsibilities in healthcare policy and strategic initiatives. She is an active leader in breast cancer and research in healthcare informatics driving digital healthcare tool adoption in clinical practice to improve the patient journey. She is the managing partner for the central Texas, Gulf, and Rio Grande Valley regions in Texas Oncology since 2023.

Dr. Patt is the medical director for public policy for The US Oncology Network and has testified before the US Congress and Senate to protect access to care for cancer patients. She has chaired the council on legislation and the cancer committee for the Texas Medical Association.

Dr. Patt serves as the current president of the Community Oncology Alliance and on the ASCO Board of Directors. She also chairs the Artificial Intelligence Task Force for ASCO and is the liaison for the clinical innovation committee.

She lectures medical students and is a professor at Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin.

Brian H. Potenski is a respected leader in healthcare business development, physician engagement, and prehospital coordination. At Penn Medicine in Philadelphia, he drives strategic growth through referral network expansion, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven strategy. Drawing on a career rooted in business development and frontline service as a firefighter and EMT, Brian blends operational insight with executive leadership. As Past President of AAPL, he champions the evolution of the liaison role to maximize strategic impact.



Shaun Priest, SVP Growth

Rebecca Rajnoch, Regional Liaison Manager

Rebecca Rajnoch has spent 16 years with Texas Oncology, starting as a liaison and advancing to management four years ago. She now leads eight liaisons across two regions, covering Austin, Rio Grande Valley, and Northeast Texas. Her career began in pharmaceutical sales and respiratory DME, giving her a strong foundation in healthcare. Rebecca lives in Kyle, Texas, with her husband, enjoys time with her two grown sons, and loves caring for her two golden retrievers.



Hilary Ross, Marketing Manager

Hilary Ross is a vision-driven leader in healthcare marketing and business development. After earning her master’s degree from Texas A&M University, she joined Heart Hospital of Austin, where she developed outreach strategies that strengthened relationships with patients, physicians, and the community. In 2011, she became Director of Marketing and Community Relations at Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons (CTVS), later adding compliance oversight and operational policy development. Hilary continually champions improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. In 2025, she joined Texas Oncology as Regional Marketing Manager for Central and South Texas. She currently resides in Austin. When she’s not working, you can find her on the tennis courts around town.



Steven Simmons, Senior Director Physician Relations

Steven Simmons is the Senior Director of Physician Relations at UAMS, the only academic medical center in the state of Arkansas. With more than 15 years of healthcare sales and physician engagement experience, he has built a career focused on strategic growth, provider relationship development, and service line expansion across a variety of healthcare settings.

Throughout his career, Steven has led regional outreach initiatives, developed high-performing physician liaison teams, and partnered closely with clinical and executive leadership to improve referral growth, access to care, and market presence. His expertise includes physician relations, referral analytics, strategic outreach planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Prior to joining UAMS, he held progressive leadership and business development roles within hospital systems, behavioral health, post-acute care, and rehabilitation services throughout Arkansas. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and is passionate about mentoring healthcare outreach professionals and advancing relationship-centered growth strategies in healthcare.



Diana Stanley, RN, BSN

With more than 25 years in healthcare, Diana Stanley has held diverse clinical and leadership roles, including bedside RN, opening a cardiovascular lab, serving as a Cardiothoracic Nurse Manager, and working in quality and program management. She joined The University of Kansas Health System Physician Relations team as a Territory Manager in September of 2025.

Willie Underwood III, MD MSc MPH

Willie Underwood III, is a board-certified urologist with more than 25 years of urologic surgery experience, including more than 15 years focused on robotic urologic surgery. He was voted president-elect of the American Medical Association in June 2025. In addition to co-authoring more than 120 peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and published abstracts, he has received millions in research funding from the National Institute of Health and holds patents in the U.S. and Japan for co-developing a biomarker for prostate cancer.



Robert Allen Wade ESQ.

Bob Wade concentrates his practice in representing health care clients, including large health systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, physician groups, physicians and other medical providers. His expertise includes representing clients with respect to the Stark Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, and Providing Fair Market Value and Commercial Reasonableness Defensibility Analysis for Physician Compensation Arrangements. Bob is nationally recognized in all aspects of health care compliance, including developing, monitoring and documentation of an effective compliance program. He served as the Compliance Expert to the Board of Commissioners of Halifax Health advising the hospital on all aspects of their Corporate Integrity Agreement. He has experience in representing health care clients with respect to issues being investigated by the Department of Justice and the Office of Inspector General as well as experience negotiating and implementing Corporate Integrity Agreements. Bob also produces a podcast called “Stark Integrity: The Stark Law and Compliance Podcast,” and he is the creator of Captain Integrity (www.captainintegrity.com), a unique compliance program branding and education resource that has received national recognition and has been used by many hospitals, health systems and other providers.
